Hi Community
Just wondering where can I see SNMP traps in ServiceNow.
MID server has downloaded MIBs successfully and SNMP Trap collection started as well with no error. We also have Event Management Application activated.
Once the trap is sent from the vendor, Can I see the trap to the Mid server log to the agent\logs folder ?
if not, how do I verify that a trap has been received by ServiceNow?
Thanks
Ak

Did this resolve the issue? I have MIBS already in agent/work/mibs folder but I am still not getting any events.

You need to send the traps to MID server so that event is generated in SNOW
