Virtual Agent bubble icon position within employee center homepage

Hi all,

In two of our instances we have noticed on the employee center homepage, that the Virtual Agent bubble icon position is higher compared to the other one.  How can I position it right at bottom like in the first image? Thanks

Did you get the resolution for this? 
We have observed the same positioning difference - in PDI, the VA icon sits perfectly in the bottom, where in the client instance it sits slightly above.
