Virtual Agent - Change Background Image

Hello Community,

I am trying to change the Virtual Agent - Background Image to a custom one that we need on Portal.

I am using the custom virtual agent button as shown in the community article by @Mark Roethof which is awseome.

Virtual Agent feature bubble - ServiceNow Community

I tried a few things in CSS but the image in the background did not align well, the only image that fits is the default image.

Any help in how to change the background image that would fit well in this icon would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I am trying to implement this in the San Diego version in which this feature is not yet available.
Is there any way I can just change the background image in the current configuration of your custom chat bubble - Virtual Agent feature bubble - ServiceNow Community
