When using the Virtual Agent Dashboard widget "Daily Faulted Conversations"
We notice multiple records not displaying a valid topic definition name; Instead it will appear as _handler or _PRVW__XXXXXXXXXXXXX ; Looking for any insight on what this means or how to further diagnose to determine why the conversation faulted.

The _PRVW_etc conversations, are conversations which are started thru the preview. Thru for example the condition builder.
These _PRVW conversations will be removed automatically after 12 hours.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Thanks Mark this answers my question for _PRVW!
When _handler occurs does this mean it happend due to time out or opted to start a new conversation before it could complete?
