Virtual Agent Designer Bot Response - Card

Bod Response Card URL point to OOB service portal URL: sp

We use our own service portal URL: service_portal

We can not use Card in our topic because when user click on incident, it goes to OOB service portal. We need to create a script to work around.

But for actionable notification content, we cannot make any change on the Card. It is OOB behalf.

When use click on incident number:INC2849730, it goes to URL:

https://example.service-now.com/sp?sys_id=67042eb81b742910c7a2a648624bcb75&id=ticket&table=incident

it should go to URL below:

https://example.service-now.com/service_portal?sys_id=67042eb81b742910c7a2a648624bcb75&id=ticket&tab...

 

We have set the system property 

com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url = ‘service_portal’ 

But Bot response Card doesn't use it.

 

What the system property does Bot response Card use for portal URL? 

Do we have workaround for actionable notification content

I think you are missing the system property - sn_itsm_va.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url
