Hello,
as the subject says, I want to know how I can add a grammar check for the Virtual Agent.
If someone uses the Virtual Agent and mistype a keyword for example "sigg" instead of "sick" then I want that the VA knows what the User wants.
I hope you know what I mean 😄
Thanks in advance

Hello @Steve2000
I hope you are talking about the spell check functionality in the platform.
As of now spell check functionality is only available on journal entry type field, such as comments and work notes.
You might want to go through the KB article here:
Spell checking does not work - Support and Troubleshooting - Now Support Portal.
We use grammarly browser extension on chrome and edge, and it does the job pretty fine.
The grammarly extension is compatible with virtual agent as well.
