Virtual Agent is not responding on any utterances for a particular instance ,It gave some Technical Issue error on service Portal after typing any keyword.

Virtual Agent is not responding on any utterances for a particular instance and that issue comes only for English Language for other language it's responding properly.
It gave some Technical Issue error on service Portal after typing any keyword.
In test instance it gave us that below error :
While in DEV it's working fine like below:
Also It's working good in TEST but for other language like japan not for English .
That technical issue error only comes for English language.
Please check and suggest something.

Just so I fully understand, have you built a model in English and another in Japanese and trained both of them with their respective utterances?

I checked below links but all are active state and settings are also good , still i am getting that error.
