Virtual Agent issue

Evening all

 

We are having an issue on virtual agent in which we are trying to add the option to ask "Human please" along with other variations of that phrase so a user can route to a live agent however the only way we get it working is if it goes "through the I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." then routes to a live agent.

 

Can anyone guide me to the right solution?
