Virtual agent not showing topics and crashed

Hi

I created topic for virtual agent in my PDI. It was not displaying in topic list. I made all fixing available on KB0784304 but it did not help. Also convesation was not restarting and what I did is removing all entries from sys_cs_conversation_list.do%3Fsys_id%3D-1. Now chat is completely frozen. I cannot type or select anything. How can I make it work and display my topic

@leech10 Deleting sys_cs_conversation was not a good idea, they should be marked closed.

@leech10 This is your PDI , best is to repair the virtual agent related plugin and relogin into system.
