Hi Mark
Thank you for the quick response. I did use the global scope for my topics but was able to get some help with this question.
I exported the following XML and uploaded them on another instance and they worked:

Hi there,
Did my answer solve your question? Or do we need to follow-up on this?
Please mark this answer as correct if it solves your problem. This will help others who are looking for a similar solution. Also marking this answer as correct takes the post of the unsolved list.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hello, This is helpful. Thanks for sharing.
Importing sys_cb_topic would be enough and when you make that topic active it will make a new record on sys_cs_topic. i tried and it is working. Specially when you use pre-built topics and mimic them in other instance.
Thanks
Anand

I duplicated a topic and then was able to export the new copy to another instance pretty easily. Worked well since the initial topic contained a ton of update set records.

On Share, there is an "Add to update set" utility that will allow you to easily add all relevant records around VA to an update set. Check out this link
