Is there a way to export a Virtual Agent topic from one instance to another?

Hi Mark

Thank you for the quick response. I did use the global scope for my topics but was able to get some help with this question.

I exported the following XML and uploaded them on another instance and they worked:

sys_cs_topic

sys_cb_topic

topic_variable

Hi,

I have configured VA chat setup in Global scope and duplicated few ITSM VA topics under ITSM VA Conversations scope. I have migrated both the update sets. But the destination instance was unable to commit these update sets with invalid scope error.

So, I request you to provide step by step process for exporting those XML files.
