I'm looking into the functionality of a VTB (Data) to be utilized by service desk techs. A place they can pull in the incidents they are working on and see a visual in this way versus the "queue". I'm wondering if a VTB can be automatically fed the updates to the incidents as well as any future incident task that are assigned to them. I don't want them to have to refresh this VTB each day with incident updates and or new incidents in their range. Thank you!

NO, refresh is must to see what new is coming or going.
or may be you can use some browser specific refresh extension if any.
