How to create an incident automatically when there is a LDAP connection failure?

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where we want to notify a specific group when there is LDAP connection failure and at the same time we want an incident to be created automatically.

I have achieved the first requirement by creating an event and triggering the notification through that event.

Now, for the second requirement, I am trying to achieve it through inbound action but unable to do so. Could you please assist me on this?
