Visual Task Boards as Published Report?

Any way to show a team's Visual Task Board as some kind of report to member who do not have ITIL roles or are themselves members of the VTB?

Hi Adam,

Our Solutions Consultant suggested sharing reports using this link:

They should be able to accomplish this by putting in the report URL as follows.

https://[your company].service-now.com/sys_report_template.do?jvar_report_id=[REPORT ID]

It's not VTB but it's a reports.

Remember since this was to be shown for none itil-users the report need to be set as public.

You can do this by pressing the publish link at the report.

Then you will also get a link to the specific report
