wait for a duration of time

Hello good afternoon, I have the request after 15 days of sending a notification, if there is no update send a reminder,
I found looking in the documentation for a flow designer action called: "Wait for a duration of time" that the truth is barbaric for me.
But when I look for it in my flow, it doesn't appear, only "wait for a condition" appears, we are in San Diego and the doc I am looking at is from San Diego,
Something happens to them? Am I missing a plugin?

I believe what for duration is under Flow Login instead of Action.
