Waiting for PDI on waitlist.

For a few days I had a problem to get on my PDI , today I decided to delete it and create a new one , unfortunately I ended up on a waiting list. Do you know how long to wait for a new developer instance? I ask because this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.

Hi @lukaszstanczyk,

There is no PDI support provided by ServiceNow. It may be a while that you get access to your new instance. ServiceNow won't mention timelines for maintenance but will give warnings that older PDIs get reclaimed.
