Hi
For a few days I had a problem to get on my PDI , today I decided to delete it and create a new one , unfortunately I ended up on a waiting list. Do you know how long to wait for a new developer instance? I ask because this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.

Unfortunately, I already deleted my older one hoping that the new one will be faster and here such a surprise. It is a pity that there is no specific information on this topic.

A waitlist starts usually when many people are requesting for new instances than those available in pool. There's no fixed time which says when you can get one. You will get one as you move forward in the waitlist when someone's PDI is revoked or if ServiceNow adds new PDIs in the pool.
Unfortunately you have to wait : <
