Hello! I am attempting to setup the Walk-Up Experience and I want to use Advanced Work Assignments to queue up appointments for Agents. When I schedule an appointment via the Portal, I receive an Interaction and an Appointment record but I do not see a Work Item to be routed to my configured Queue. Does anyone know why the Work Item is not created?
I was successful in configuring AWA for Chat and for other tasks but I am totally stumped on this one... thanks!

I was able to solve this! My Eligibility had the incorrect role. Closing.
