Walk-up Threshold Notification

HI,

I couldn't able to see which Business rule is triggering the walk-up threshold Notification.

My requirement is to trigger notification for the second person in the queue.

Please help me with that.

All the other three notifications have business rules configured OOB.

I couldn't find from where Walk-up Threshold(Notification) is triggering or the associated Business rule.

This notification is triggered using Script Include you can check in SI for interaction.
