Walkup Appointment (wu) record Short Description is updating as undefined.

Hi,

when I submit a  Scheduled appointment with Walkup Check-in (Walkup Plan your visit) in Employee center 
I am getting reason as undefined in your upcoming appointments.

Also for same walkup interaction I am getting undefined as short description

Also even in email meeting invite i am getting undefined in the message body.
Out of the box is working fine in PDI but when i am using in org instance. the issue is coming.

can someone help to understand where is this configured and how to modify this details.

I have found my issue.
I have edited the fields in Walkup appointment using a client script in record producer which resulted in above error.
OOB feature working as expected.
