Want to hide knowldege base from a particular portal

We have a specific portal for HR that has suffix mcsc its called People place.
So the issue is they are able to see L0 global knowledge base that should not be visible in their portal.
I tried writing user criteria, client script and script include but nothing is working for me.

Can anyone please help, its urgent

You need to remove that knowledge base from the portal.
