Want to increase the relevancy of particular knowledge article so that it appears on top using zing

Hi All,
I am facing an issue when searching a particular article using meta words in zing search, the thing is we have 500+ articles that uses a word "exit" as one of their meta tags but we have configured serviceportal knowledge search to show only 10 articles and I need a particular article to be among these 10 articles, so is there a way that I could increase the relevancy of a particular article so that it appears on top?

- Check if the users are subscribed to the notification
- Check the user criteria and ensure that the users meet the criteria
- Check the notification queue to ensure that the notification is not stuck in the queue
- Check the notification log to ensure that the notification is not being sent
- Check the user profile to ensure that the user has the correct permissions to receive the notification
