Wanted to apply filter on Email in compose section in Issue record in Compliance Workspace

In Compliance Workspace there is Compose section, in that we have emails, I want to add filter for the Emails. Where can I configure this? And if I apply the filter will it only impact the Issue record or it will impact globally?
