We need to hide the overview tab form RITM , SCTASK, REQUEST from Service Operational Workspace

Hi All, 

 

We have an requirement to remove the overview tab for sc_task, ritm, req records in Service Operational Workspace.

Attaching the screenshot below -

In PDI the overview tab is not coming up in Service Operational Workspace. Can anyone please help us to achieve this requirement.

Open https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com//sys_ux_screen_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=

Search under screen name for the record you don't want to show, and make it false.
