Get the list of all groups that are mapped to a CI and where the type is ABC.
Then copy those groups and delete (or remove) them from the CI

Hi @sajampan ,

Although your question is incomplete but what i understoof that you want to deactivate groups Where type contains SME and which are not mapped to any Service Offering. If yes, you can do it by background script. Where you can use encodedquery() if you have the exact filter condition else use addquery with filters and change state of Group to Deactive.
