I have an issue with a widget in the Employee Center.
There is a path that has many topics (18), and most of them appear duplicated.
Upon analyzing the out-of-the-box widget called 'Sub-topics,' I noticed that it is limited to displaying 15 topics, and when the number exceeds 15, this is when the duplication occurs.
My question is: What are the best practices, according to ServiceNow recommendations, for handling this case?
It’s important to note that the person who requested the requirement prefers to keep all the topics within the same path, so splitting the topics into two paths would be the last option.

@AlejandroS53470 If you think changes in OOTB widget are needed, the best way to make such changes can be done by making a clone of existing widget and deactivating the OOTB widget. This way you won't face a lot of issues during upgrade.

Hello @AlejandroS53470 ,
I have been able to reproduce this issue on my OOTB Yokohama PDI. It's clearly a bug. Please open a case on the Now Support portal and have ServiceNow fix the widget or provide a workaround.
But I also have to say that I never saw someone who tried to have 18 subtopics on a topic. That's not a good user experience. The recommendation is to have no more than 7 subtopics.
Regards,
Robert
