What are the prerequisites for an LDAP integration?

This is my first time to work on LDAP, What and all are the information i need to get from customer before i integrate? Is there any particular document available for it

I can speak to my experience, which is LDAP configured through a firewall exception.

1. Public IP address

2. NAT from that public address to your LDAP enabled Active Directory DC.

3. Firewall exception from your ServiceNow outbound IP over ports 389 and/or 636

4. system account for your Active Directory with read only access

With that you should be able to start testing in subprod.
