What causes the 'Cannot add duplicate relationships' error message to appear on Relationship Editor?

I was just wondering if anyone knows where in ServiceNow is the below error message configured when trying to add a duplicate relationship in Relationship Editor?

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to add some more functionality and prevent other types of relationships being created in ServiceNow.

This looks like message coming from BR. 

Can you please try opening, BRs on this parent table, where you are planning to map?

Hi @Bhavesh B I've checked the business rules for the 'cmdb_rel_ci' table and couldn't find the message in any of them
