C. Confirmed resource plan: Similar to the approved resource plan, when a resource plan is confirmed, it can create calendar entries on the individual calendars of the assigned users. The confirmed status indicates that the resource plan has been finalized and can be relied upon for scheduling and resource allocation purposes.

@Community Alums    I checked on my PDI and the states of resource plan   A.  Approved and  B.  Allocated  create entry on the user's calendar.

What do you mean by approved Resource Plan? After requested, the only actions possible are "Cancel", "Confirm", "Confirm and Allocate", and "Reject":
