What do you use to view incidents and attachments from an expired SN instance?

Hi All, 

Hoping you can shed some light on how you can view or restore your data once you have a data dump from ServiceNow for an expired instance. THey provided 2 files a schema SQL file and an actual table data SQL file in mysql format. 

Tried installing MySQL and importing the data but coming across errors when doing so - 1069 too many keys specified. 

Not sure if MySQL is the right way to get the data I want - just need incident data, user data and attachments, can ignore all other tables. 

Have you come across a need to view data from an expired instance and if so please help!

Nope, really let down by ServiceNow, it seems like once you are no longer a customer they don't give a rat's A****.

Just had to accept the fact that we could not gain access to any of the data once the instances were decommissioned. Really, really, disappointed by the lack of help, empathy and care. Good luck with your case!
