My change request is approved by 3 approvers and when they approved it i can see the 3 comments automatically comes on my change request that does not seems like a Worknotes or comments so basically I needs to know what these comments/wornote are called and if i want to capture those comments in one variable in any BR then how can i capture them for ex we can capture worknotes like this : var worknote = current.work_note;

Those are 'Approval history'.
If you are not able to see 'Approval history' in Filter Activity, you can add it by clicking on 'Configure available fields.'
