Hi All,
1) what is meant by defects.
2)what is enhancements and example
3)please explain in a line what is upgrade from jakarta to london. what is the process of that.

Defects: it is just like an issue or you can say that something happened to your software and then you can raise a defects for them. you can also relate defects with the incident .
example: you have software and some issue occurred on that then user can raise a defect for that software.
enhancements: in Servicenow if you have any new idea to update your existing process then you can raise a enhancement request.
example. you have a catalog form and there is a workflow which is actually used to drive that catalog request, then you decided to add some more approval on that workflow so you will raise a enhancement request .
upgrade from jakarta to london: Servicenow has different different version available so Jakarta and london are one of them
if someone is saying they want to upgrade from Jakarta to london it means they want to upgrade the servicenow jakarta version to the servicenow london version.
