What is full architecture of ITOM with data flow ?

Hi All,

I went through many documentations ,but i was unable to find full architecture of ITOM . Can anyone please help me with architecture of ITOM and data flow in ITOM.

E.g - How the data flows from different modules such as CMDB, MID Server, Discovery ,Event Management , service mapping, orchestration of ITOM.

Hi Rajesh,

Thanks for the information , bu this is not what I am looking for. I want to know exact architecture and how the data flows between different modules of ITOM.

e.g:

1.When Discovery discovers the CI's how the service map is created and on what basis? what is the flow. likewise for different modules of ITOM.
