What is SIAM product of ServiceNow?

I keep hearing few people saying that they are using SIAM product of ServiceNow. What exactly is that product? Where can I find it? How to install it? 

Please share any documentation on this topic.

There is no SIAM product in the ServiceNow application. Instead, according to ServiceNow, SIAM consist of the following: ITSM, CMDB and Service Portfolio Management:
