1.What is the filter condition to keep in visual task board to get the list of SLA breached tickets ? 
2.And  next question is To get how many users solved how many incidents and catalog tasks in visual task board , I gave all my filter conditions like assignment groups etc.. but in vertical lane I gave assigned to - there I can see number of ticket for that user but I want to know how many incidents and how many catalog tasks but in same board?Can anyone help me to create these 2 boards ?
