What is the max query string length can be passed to 'default-query' of 'sn-record-picker' directive

-If the encoded query string of length 7531 is passed to 'default-query' in 'sn-record-picker' , It works fine and returns the values properly

-If the encoded query string of length 7564 is passed to 'default-query' in 'sn-record-picker' , It doesn't work and keeps on loading. No error is logged.

 

Can anyone kindly confirm the max length of string which can be passed to 'default-query' in 'sn-record-picker'?

Hi Josiel,

The only solution for this issue is as mentioned in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0748924.

If that solution won't fit in our requirement, Then we may need to change our solution by reducing the query string length. No other option available as of now.
