Hi @mania
Normal change -- A change which is not urgent and must be discussed and approved by different team in different level.
Assess -- Where the change checked and approve / reject by technical team on basis of technical stuff like implementation plan / back out plan and more.
Auth - Once a change approved by Assess team it go to CAB , where CAB team take decision from business side and check is this change can be impact other changes or not and also technically they can check and take decision.
Emergency change - Which is required to fix P1 / MI or business critical or compliance agreement and cant wait for 2- 3 weeks for approval. This type of change go for ECAB ( online / offline mode) and get decision quickly.
