Multiple approval history for same user

Hi Folks,

 

I have recently seen that once the ritm is created with user and group approvals, in activity we can see duplicate entries for the same users for approval history.

I have checked the flow its show 2 approvals

1. Requested for > Manager

2. group approval

I have updated with attachment.

Very wired 😞 , it should not do duplicate. Try to remove  1 approval and check . It is just a hit and trail.

Check the approval record date & time , are they exact same. 

Update the flow for approval and check each approval at a time.
