Hi community!

I would like to have the user's assets displayed in the header of the Employee Center. But I get an error message.

【What I did】

Navigate to Instances with Menu (All > Service Portal > Menus ) then click Instances with Menu which of Title is Employee Center Menu .

find_real_file.png

In the Menu Items related list, click More.

Select Filtered list in the Type field.

Errors are displayed as shown in the image.

So I have a question.

What is a "top-level Menu Item"?

Isn't it the area in the Employee Center where My Requests, My Tasks, etc. are displayed?

Please, if you know what to do, could you please let me know?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Teruo,

This is with regards to Employee center:

  1. Navigate to All > Service Portals > Portals.
The Service Portal module displays the list of all the available portals.
  2. Click Employee Center.
  3. Next to the main menu field, click Preview this record and open the Employee Center Menu record.
  4. In the Menu Items related list, click New.
  5. On the form, fill in the fields. For more information about the form fields and descriptions, see Menu Item form.
  6. Click Submit.
The non-taxonomy menu items are displayed next to the taxonomy menu items in the primary navigation bar.
