What role allows a user to delete a knowledge unpublished article

Hi Team ,
There is a user called ' Sam ' .
These two roles we have provided for Knowledge management .
As a admin I can see unpublished articles and I can delete .
In the below screen shot as u can see , user is able to see count of unpublished articles , but not able to see records .
Which role should we need to provide . can any one please help me here .
NOTE - We need User is able to see records and as well delete the records .

Hi @nameisnani ,
In ServiceNow, the ability to delete unpublished Knowledge articles is typically controlled by the "knowledge_manager" role. As I can see in the screenshot, there is an ACL providing the user from seeing the records, hence you should not provide a role, but rather look into the ACLs for the given table, and find the one proving the user from deleting unpublished knowledge articles.

Hi Sunil,
If there are no modification done for Knowledge then it takes (itil) role to view the unpublished knowledge articles but you should also check the property in your instance to make sure which role is required.
To do so please follow below steps:
- Navigate to Knowledge>Administration>Properties
- A list of property will open there you need to find below attached properties
- Whatever roles are mentioned in the property you need to grant that role to the user in order to let them view the knowledge articles.
