What role gives access to side navigator menu and modules?

 Is there a role that allows the user to see these?

Visibility of applications and modules based on a specific role. An ITIL user can see maximum OOTB applications whereas an end user can see limited and Admin can see a lot more.  Or if you give a specific module role a user can see only that.

Applications and modules (Left hand side menus) visibility needs to be given to different roles/ users. It does not require any particular role although many of the applications/ modules will be visible to any ITIL user but many may not be. For an example- I have created one table and it will create application and Module automatically (Till the time I will not remove create module check box). This application and module will be visible to the user who created this table until he will give access of this application and module to any particular Role/ user.

The side navigation bar is visible to all the users who have access to native view.

Coming to Modules, each module have separate roles (depending on application they belong to)
