What role would allow someone to add a new vendor to the vendor list?

The user currently has an ITIL license but this doesn't give them the new option on vendor list. They are only able to look at current vendors.

Allison,
They will need write access to the core_company table. Out of box that's granted with 'user_admin' in an ACL.
However, to see the module (like under Organization > Vendors), they'll also need 'asset'.

Add New Vendor as I understand means creating a new one.
So also with 'write' access (for modifying/updating existing records), 'create' ACL also will need updating [by adding of the 'asset' role].
