Hello.
When i send in a RITM and i go into it in SN i see the closenote field already have text in it, ready to be posted once the ritm is finished. Where is this text set?

it's picking the default close notes from the catalog item associated to your RITM.
that field should be present on sc_cat_item table and check after opening that dictionary if any default value is added in there

Did you check which table this field is originally coming from, and if it's a dictionary override? Check the sc_cat_item
, sc_req
, and sc_req_item
tables. Once you identify the parent table, you can check for the dictionary override.

Check default values or client scripts. It's always a bad idea to do this, though. You are already filling text in your field, so saving it on close without changing it, gives this as a standard answer.
