When a user post a question in knowledge base, how to send a notification?

When some submit a question in knowledge base, do anyone will get notified ?

Hi Jay,

Not OOB what I know of. You can of course create those notifications yourself. If you otherwise looking the community application, there you can subscribe to different topics etc. and get mails when new posts etc. are being made.

So when someone post a question in KB.. By default we don't have a notification ?

Can you guide me how to create a notification when someone post a question in KB?

Just create a notification on the table "Social Q&A Question (kb_social_qa_question)". Let me know if you need more help than that.
