When a user post a question in knowledge base, how to send a notification?

When some submit a question in knowledge base, do anyone will get notified ?

Just create a notification on the table "Social Q&A Question (kb_social_qa_question)". Let me know if you need more help than that.

Can you generate a notification for subscribers when a question is asked of that base?

You can subscribe to community questions to receive notifications.

It's not the community application. It's the Social Q&A in the knowledge base part.
