Hi,

 

When I report an incident through Virtual agent, the impact is not getting mapped correctly on the incident form and urgency shows '23', '13', etc. any idea why it is not mapped? Plz brief me how can I achieve the same.

Note: Wanted to map 'Impact' and not 'Urgency'
