Hi @shiz

But why you want to import incident? Domain separation works on domain visiblity. So please connect with your admin and get the domain visiblity.

When I Try to change the view from Self Service to default view,I still can't import it!But if the login role is admin, you can import it.Is it a role issue that prevents the logged in user from importing? If you could help me solve it, I would be very grateful.

Hi @shiz

What is your use case? We can't import the way you looking, we can import via xml only, but why you want to import? Please check the domain visibility for your profile.

Do you know how to set the role for the currently logged in user (not the admin role) in the case of Domain separation, so that I can batch import multiple incidents?
