Hi surya,
As per my knowledge the priority field will take from task Table. so, in incident and problem table the priority choices will be same i think that is the reason it is showing p5 in problem ticket when incident is p5 .
If u want to set priority field as p4 in problem ticket when priority is p5 in incident ticket then u need to write condition.
I hope you got my point Please mark the answer as correct/helpful.

Surya,
I have already told you step by step condition with explanations with every screenshot, have you tried that. Are you facing an issue with the instructions shared by me or stuck ?
No one will be able to imaging where are you stuck unless you share the details as I have asked you couple of times to help further.
If you are stuck then please share the details and will help you.
