can someone help me on this task to resolve!!
When the state field is changed on a form from "Resolved to Closed" or "Waiting on end user to User Response" updates in activity, it shows the requestor name or user name but not "System.".
I have raised a request from portal and changed the state of ritm from waiting on end user and i have responded from the portal (1st attachment) and in activity its shows user name but it was updated by the system (2nd attachment)
My requirement - When state is updated by system its should show system name in activity form.
