Hi Community,

 

whenever i submitted the Record producer the below work note is showing in incident table. 

 

"Ticket has been sent to Accenture Shared ServiceNow", but rest of things working fine

 

Will it be fine or it may be issue in future?

No this is not the one there will be test like ticket has been sent to

there is no business rule available text like "ticket has been sent to"

In the navigation there is something called script tracer. Use that and perform the activity the tracer will trace what scripts are running behind
